In-Season Rates Are Weekly: 6/15 – 9/7. Off-Season Rates Are Nightly: 5/1 – 6/14 and 9/8 – 10/31
All houses are equipped with complete kitchen, deck, gas grill, heat and AC, Wifi, TV and fireplace. All have washer & dryer except Mainsail and Waterline.
Please bring your own beach towels and chairs. Linens are provided. Reservations can be made on or off season by telephone or email:

Reservation Policies:
Check In 4:00 pm, Check Out 10:00 am.
Some cottages allow pets – please inquire. There is a $150 pet fee per stay.
Cleaning fees range from $170 to $215 per week.

Refund Policy: 30 days prior to reservation date
