Many of our twenty cottages are faithful replicas of famous old Cape Cod homes and other buildings, including the Village School, the Wagon Shed and the Blacksmith Shop.

All houses have individual charm. Some are country, some are eclectic and others are contemporary. So, there's one just right for you. Or bring the gang. With one, two, three and four bedroom units, we can accommodate your family or a small convention!

Each house has a living room, dining section or dining room, bath with tub or shower, continuous hot water, and fully applianced kitchen, with dishware and utensils. All have fireplaces along with cable TV. Linens, towels and blankets are furnished. And, best of all, each house has a water view!

Shingled and shuttered, our authentic Cape Cod cottages are perfect for your first visit, which may become a yearly pilgrimage. Our private footpath to Quahog Beach bridges a creek bed filled with wild flowers - a fine spot to eavesdrop on nature at sunrise.

Emerge from the sylvan trail, cross tiny Ocean Avenue, and set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the activity of sailors across the breathtaking view of Nantucket Sound. At our boathouse and dock you can feed a regiment of ducks, or meander upstream. It's safe for most children because it is so shallow at the edge.

When you must leave the Village you will find a small newsstand and market - the entire business district of Hyannis Port - less than one mile from our gates. For more extensive shopping, turn toward the West End Rotary and Hyannis and you will find everything you want!

Cottages may be rented by the week, in the summer season, with special nightly rates for pre-season or post-season occupancy.
