General Information

• 3 Night Minimum Stay : Off Season

• One Week Minimum Stay during Summer Season (Sat-Sat)

• Each Extra Person $50 per stay (6 years and up)

• Phone Reservations will be held for (7) Days

• 1/2 Advance Deposit required / Balance Due upon arrival

• Only Cash, Travelers Checks or Bank Checks accepted

• U.S. Funds only

• Refund Policy: 30 Days prior to reservation date

• Pets (canines) are welcome with prior approval
  (fees will apply).

• House is equipped with Complete Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Central A/C, Central Heat, Deck with Furniture, Grills, Outdoor Hot and Cold Shower, Two TV's with VCR/DVD, Jacuzzi Tub, Linens and Towels.

• Beach Towels, Chairs, Boogie Board, Rafts and Umbrellas Provided.

• Housekeeping Service Charge of $50.00 charged for each stay.

• Reservations for the Sail Loft Cottage at Harbor Village are best made by telephone.
